It’s hard to think of human products without any impact on our planet—even “greener” materials like non-precious metals, textiles, and paper present collective environmental issues. So to draw the line somewhere, I’m calling “eco-friendly” those pieces in which more than half of its inputs don’t come from the mining industry.
